Difficulty with tasks like holding a pencil, buttoning clothes, or using utensils.

Gross Motor Skills:

Challenges with whole-body movements, balance, or coordination.

Emotional Regulation:

Frequent meltdowns, difficulty managing frustration, or controlling emotions.

Cognitive Skills:

Difficulty thinking, learning, remembering, or problem-solving.

Self-Care Skills:

Struggling with eating, dressing, or toileting independently.

Bilateral Coordination:

Struggling to use both sides of the body together in activities.

Sensory Processing:

Overly sensitive to noise, touch, textures, or difficulty processing sensory input.

Executive Function/Attention:

Trouble staying focused, following routines, or completing tasks.

Play Skills:

Challenges with planning and sequencing play activities, or difficulty generalizing skills.

Social Skills:

Occupational therapy helps children build the foundational skills they need to thrive independently in everyday lives.

Number 1

Child-Led and Play-Based

Play is a child’s primary occupation, and it’s through play that we build skills naturally and joyfully.

Number 2

Holistic and Integrative

We consider the child’s whole environment—nutrition, routines, and sensory needs—to create solutions that promote overall well-being.

Number 3

Family-Centered

Parents and caregivers are active partners in the process. We provide the tools and strategies they need to support their child’s progress at home and beyond.

Number 4

Goal-Oriented

Our solutions are practical, meaningful, and goal-driven, empowering children to thrive in daily life.

Wellness is at the heart of everything we do. It’s not just about reaching milestones—it’s about creating a strong sense of self-worth and a child’s ability to engage fully with the world around them.

Our approach is built around four key pillars:

What parents are saying!

My 2-year-old son absolutely adores Nicole—he waits by the door for her to arrive! I even find myself looking forward to her visits three times a week, and honestly, I wish we could have her here every single day. In such a short time, we’ve seen incredible progress, and I know it’s all thanks to her dedication and care. Nicole is so organized, kind, and supportive and not to forget extremely patient—it’s amazing to see how much she truly invests in helping him grow. We’re so grateful for her!

5 Stars – Amazing Occupational Therapist!

Nicole has been incredible with my four-year-old daughter! Her patience, creativity, and genuine care makes such a difference. After only a few sessions, Nicole fully understood my child’s unique needs. I highly recommend Nicole to any parent looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist.

(Parent of a 4 year old)

We have been working with Nicole for a little over two months now and the improvement and change we have seen in our 9-year-old son has been incredible: from his posture to his pencil grip to the way he manipulates small items to his improved handwriting! Nicole is such a fun, sweet and flexible professional. She designs her sessions taking into consideration our son’s interests to make them more fun and engaging. She has built such a nice and caring relationship with him, our son is looking forward to his weekly sessions with her as they are always fun, different and challenging in many different ways! This is our first time working with an OT and we couldn’t be happier that it is Nicole. From the minute we received her preliminary report we knew we had found the right person for our son and for us. She has so much expertise on the field and explains everything in such an easy-to-understand way. She keeps us updated weekly after each session letting us know what skills they have worked on, what type of exercises they have done and she also gives us tips and suggestions to implement at home and at school to better support our child’s needs. Nicole is such a passionate and trusted professional and we are extremely lucky to have her working with our child!

(Parent of a 9 year old)

We feel so lucky to have Nicole as our 5-year-old daughter’s occupational therapist. From the very beginning, she created such a warm and welcoming environment that made our daughter feel comfortable and excited to attend sessions each week.  We have seen remarkable growth in her confidence, motor skills, and independence. Nicole has an incredible ability to connect with her, making each session engaging and fun while targeting the skills she needs to develop.

What we’ve especially appreciated is Nicole’s clear communication and collaborative approach. She takes the time to explain what they’re working on and provides practical strategies we can use at home to support our daughter’s progress. It’s evident how much she cares about her success, and we’re so grateful for the guidance and support she’s given to our family.

(Parent of a 5 year old)

“We’re so thankful to have Nicole as our 5 year old son’s OT. She’s incredibly kind, sweet, and has created such a positive, welcoming space where he looks forward to therapy every week - he really loves her! We’ve seen so much progress in him, and I know it’s because she truly cares and is dedicated to helping him improve. She always keeps me in the loop with what they’re working on during therapy and shares great tips for how I can help him at home too. It’s clear she’s fully invested in his growth, and I really appreciate everything she does to support him and our family!”

(Parent of a 5 year old)

"Nicole is not only an amazing occupational therapist, but she's also a tremendous person.  She's very respectful, considerate, and caring.  In just a few months, we have seen tremendous growth in our son's motor skills since the start of therapy.  He really enjoys his time with Nicole and looks forward to his upcoming sessions with her.  We highly recommend Nicole and are so glad that we found her.  She's making such a huge difference in our child's development."
